I was born and raised in sunny South Africa. After graduating from university, I worked in England, before moving to the United States. I currently reside in Athens, GA, with my family, but no matter where I live, my heart will always belong to Africa.

I enjoy traveling and exploring the natural world. I also love reading and following current events.
Fun fact: I used to work as a lawyer, before I became an author.
I write African themed adventure stories for middle grade readers. To support the many dedicated and hardworking wildlife conservationists across Africa, I donate a portion of my book sales to WWF (World Wildlife Fund).
